Restore Motion. Restore Balance. Restore Life.
Helping people restore motion, improve mobility, and move with greater ease, balance, and confidence through Myopractic Therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy.
Movement is essential to how the body functions.
Every cell, tissue, and organ in the body depends on movement to function properly. Restrictions in the body can create compensation patterns that affect balance, mobility, and overall function.
At Restore Motion Myopractics, we focus on identifying and removing these restrictions, beginning with the pelvis — the body’s foundation — to help restore balance, improve mobility, and allow the body to move more efficiently.
A practical approach to restoring motion.
For much of his life, Dave has been fascinated by the incredible design and function of the human body. Along with spending 40 years in the IT field, he has maintained a lifelong commitment to health, fitness, and movement, making exercise and strength training an important part of his life for more than four decades.
Eventually, that passion led him to pursue training in Myopractic Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy™, and the Tenchi Shiki Ryōhō healing practice.
Dave believes that the body has an amazing ability to adapt and function more efficiently when restrictions are removed and normal movement patterns are restored. His approach focuses on the body as an integrated whole, helping people move with greater ease, balance, and confidence.
Through a combination of Myopractic Therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy™, Dave works to restore motion, improve mobility, and support overall well-being.
Life is motion.
When motion is restored, the body can function more efficiently and do what it was designed to do.
Restoring motion and balance throughout the body.
Myopractic Therapy is a hands-on approach that focuses on restoring motion and balance throughout the body. By identifying and removing restrictions, the body is encouraged to return to more natural movement patterns.
Rather than forcing things “back into place,” Myopractic Therapy works with the body’s structure to promote ease of movement, improved balance, and overall function.
At Restore Motion Myopractics, we view the body as an integrated whole. The pelvis serves as the body’s foundation, and restoring balance there is often the first step toward improving movement throughout the entire body.

Assisted stretching for the body as a whole.
Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (FST) is a gentle, assisted stretching system designed to improve flexibility, mobility, balance, and overall movement. Unlike traditional stretching methods that focus on individual muscles, FST works with the body’s fascial system and joint capsules to create space, release tension, and improve the way the body moves as a whole.
By addressing entire fascial chains rather than isolated muscles, Fascial Stretch Therapy™ helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, agility, proprioception, and physical performance. Many people find that improved movement contributes to better relaxation, greater body awareness, and an enhanced sense of well-being.
The gentle, assisted nature of FST allows the body to unwind and release tension naturally, supporting benefits that extend beyond movement and positively impact both the body and mind.
What should I wear?
For your comfort and to allow for easier movement, it is helpful to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Athletic wear, shorts, yoga pants, and T-shirts are ideal. Comfortable clothing allows movement and stretching techniques to be performed more effectively.
